DIY Balm For Your Little One

Haven’t posted on my blog for too long but one of my goals for 2018 is to be more regular with my posts. But I’ve been working on something special that I am excited to be sharing with you! I’ve always loved making my own products ranging from face oils, body oils and body butters (click to watch tutorial). Now that I have my little prince it was inevitable if not expected that I make something for his delicate skin. I used only the best and organic ingredients to nourish, protect and hydrate his skin because a baby’s skin is delicate and sensitive so it’s important to be conscious about what you put on their skin.

Unrefined Shea Butter has the ability to soothe, hydrate and balance the skin. It is the perfect moisturiser for dry skin and eczema

Coconut Oil is a natural antibacterial barrier and keeps the skin soft and nourished.

Aloe Butter contains all the key properties of Aloe Vera, skin soothing and restoring with rapid re hydration properties to quickly hydrate and moisturise the skin.

Beeswax provides protection against irritants while still allowing the skin to breathe. It also provides anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral benefits making it helpful in treating skin irritation.

Vitamin E Oil heals and protects the skin

French Lavender Essential Oil is calming and soothing especially when applied as part of your baby’s bedtime routine. This essential oil is safe to use on babies from 3 months.
